Why zucchini bear fruit poorly: experienced gardeners have revealed the main reasons

Sometimes you can notice that such a "fruitful" crop as zucchini literally does not want to please us with an abundant harvest.
Most often, the reason lies in the fact that we were unable to provide the plant with the necessary conditions for high-quality fruiting.
An expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", agronomist and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh identifies three main reasons influencing this process.

Zucchini love it when you add moisture on a regular basis: the crop needs it at any stage of development. Therefore, do not forget about timely watering procedures.
Zucchini do not tolerate temperatures below 15 degrees, so when it gets cold, the plants are covered. But sweltering heat will not do any good for fruiting either.
Top dressing
If you notice that the fruiting process is very weak, the reason may be that there are no necessary minerals in the soil.
Therefore, it is worth "treating" the plants with potassium monophosphate. This fertilizer is considered the most suitable and valuable for the crop.
Acidity level
It is worth remembering that it is extremely difficult for zucchini to develop correctly if the soil is acidic. It is better to solve this problem before the start of planting activities.
