How to pickle cucumbers that even your neighbors will hear crunching

Lightly salted crispy cucumbers are a favorite delicacy for many summer residents.

We invite you to get acquainted with a simple recipe that will appeal to lovers of this snack.

Please note that this recipe is not suitable for fans of assorted pickles – we will not add tomatoes or other vegetables.

However, you can put greens and spices in the jar, namely herbs. You can also add cherry leaves, currant leaves and berry crops.

Wash the cucumbers, cut off their ends and prepare the washed greens, which are best cut into larger pieces right away.

Don't forget about peppercorns and garlic, which can make the cucumber more tart. Be sure to sterilize the jars.

First, we lay out the greens, garlic and pepper to taste, and then we tamp the cucumbers without fanaticism. Pour in salted water - 2 tablespoons per liter.

After pouring the solution, close the jar with a nylon lid and let it brew for two days. Use only cold solution! After 48 hours, you can dine.
