How to defeat spider mites: an agronomist gave effective advice

With the arrival of dry and hot weather, summer residents have another serious enemy - spider mites.
This very small pest loves to settle on various crops. Even tomatoes and cucumbers, beloved by summer residents, are under threat.
An expert of the online publication BelNovosti, agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh told how to fight spider mites.
It is not easy to exterminate the pest. Folk remedies do not always work, and sometimes do not give any effect.
The only way to get rid of spider mites quickly and reliably is with insecticides. But only those products that have a shelf life of at least 40 days are suitable for this purpose.
An example of such a preparation is "Aktellik" and other similar ones. It is better not to delay with the treatment of plantings. As soon as the plants have finished flowering and the ovaries have just appeared - it is time to poison the spider mite.
This rule primarily works with apple trees, cherries, currants, gooseberries, and raspberries. An exception is made for strawberries. The bushes are sprayed either before flowering or after harvesting.
