You won’t have to buy garden chemicals or mix folk remedies.
Many gardeners know how dangerous and quite a serious pest aphids are. Getting rid of them is not so easy, because aphids are both tenacious and reproduce quickly.
But you won't have to use chemicals or look for a suitable folk remedy. To protect your plantings from the pest, you just need to change your tactics.
The idea is to attract natural enemies of aphids to the garden. Just one ladybug larva eats about 100-150 pests and their eggs per day.
There are two options to get ladybugs on your plot. The easiest is to buy garden helpers. You can attract them to your garden by planting them.
For example, ladybugs will be drawn to an area where dill, tansy or yarrow grows.
When beneficial beetles settle on the plot, summer residents will only have to wait until the pest population is exterminated. In the future, the garden will be protected by ladybugs, which eat spider mites in addition to aphids.
