The plant must be treated with a suitable systemic-contact insecticide and then watered with growth biostimulants.
The following leaves will be healthy, and branches with affected green mass do not need to be removed.
Prevention
To prevent any pests from touching the apple tree, you need to act in the spring. Even before the buds open, the expert advises carrying out preventive treatment.
For this purpose, preparations containing a substance called malathion are suitable.
