There is one important piece of advice to consider first.
To harvest twice as much onion, the bed for this crop should be laid out in a well-lit place, and planting should be planned for April or May.
Recipe for an effective fertilizer for onions
Everyone has long known that onions love ordinary ammonia, which is used as a fertilizer three times per season.
To prepare a working solution, you will need one tablespoon of this product per 5 liters of clean water. It is used to water the onion bed after the first shoots appear.
Next feeding
It is carried out after 2 weeks, only for the same 5 liters of water you will need to add 2 tablespoons of ammonia and add 20 grams of liquid laundry soap (without fragrances).
Third feeding
It is carried out again after 2-3 weeks and the same solution is used for this as the second time, but there is no need to add soap.
This will be enough to harvest twice as many onions as planned.
