If you have decided to grow watermelons on your own plot, we can wish you good luck and share a detailed scheme with which your actions will be doomed to success.
The first point of this simple algorithm is to loosen the beds allocated for planting watermelons.
Once this step is completed, make holes in the ground.
The depth of the planting holes should be approximately 3 cm, and the distance at which they should be placed from each other should be 1 meter.
Now it is time to place the seeds in the holes, after which the grains need to be covered with soil.
When planting sprouted seeds, you should act with extreme caution so as not to accidentally break off the sprout.
Please note: the soil should be moist when sowing. Of course, you shouldn't make a swamp, but you should soak the soil very well. If the soil is dry, the seeds will certainly die.
All that remains is to compact the soil after sowing and water it once more. Cover the beds with future watermelons with film from above – it cannot be removed until the shoots appear.
