Such amazingly tasty, but for some reason not very popular among summer residents crops as mulberry and blackberry, at first glance, are very similar.

They are similar not only externally, but also internally: both mulberries and blackberries contain a large amount of sugars, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats and proteins.

Vitamins B, A, D and K are also present here.

However, among the components of blackberries, among other things, you can find vitamin C, as well as salicylic, citric, tartaric and malic acids.

The result is a difference in taste. Blackberries taste sweet and sour, while mulberries have a tart-sweet taste.

Besides this, these cultures have one more difference from each other.

It lies in the density of the fruit skin.

Blackberries have a fairly strong shell, so the berries are easy to transport and store. On the contrary, it is unlikely that you will be able to keep mulberries for more than 5-6 hours, unfortunately.
