The process of growing cabbage is quite easy, even a beginner in gardening can handle it.

But if you really want to harvest large and elastic heads of cabbage, then you should use fertilizer when planting.

Add a little humus to the hole, as well as a tablespoon of eggshells, but first grind them to a powder state. It would not be superfluous to add a teaspoon of superphosphate and mustard to such components, not only to give the plants strength for growth and development, but also to protect them from pests.

The resulting mixture, as soon as it is added to the hole, must be watered with hot water. If desired, you can also use a weak solution of potassium permanganate.

As soon as everything has cooled down, you need to move on to transplanting the seedlings into open ground.

Then you need to water the cabbage daily for 4 days. After that, it will be enough to moisten the soil once every 3 days.

After 2 weeks, you can water the plantings with nitrogen fertilizer. To do this, take a tablespoon of any product per 10 liters of water.

After another 15 days, superphosphate must be added. You should take 2 tablespoons of the preparation per 10 liters of clean water.

Every 2 weeks you can repeat watering with a mullein solution.

To prevent caterpillars from appearing on cabbage, you can spray the plantings with an infusion of onion peels.
