When growing eggplants, you need to remember about watering.
The plant loves moisture, but the roots are close to the surface, which means you should not overdo it with water. Literally 10 liters of water is enough to water 1 square meter. But here you also need to focus on the weather conditions. If the weather remains hot outside, then it is advisable to water the beds 2-3 times a week. At moderate temperatures, once every 7 days is enough.
Formation of a bush
As soon as the bushes grow to 30 centimeters, you can pinch the top. 5 strong side shoots can be left.
At the same time, do not forget to tie up the bushes so that they do not bend under the weight of the fruit.
