It is impossible to achieve a bountiful harvest without applying fertilizers, no matter how much we would like it.
Therefore, if you are determined to pick cherries by the bucketful, first apply nitrogen fertilizer.
Next time, provide your plantings with potassium and phosphorus.
To do this, dissolve 35 grams of superphosphate, 20 grams of potassium sulfate and 2-3 glasses of ash in 10 liters of water.
If nitrogen has not been added, a complex fertilizer should be used. A suitable option is 25 grams of superphosphate, 15 grams of urea and the same amount of sulfate (the proportions are indicated for 10 liters of water).
A solution of 50 grams of potassium humate and 10 liters of water should be used when the goal is to improve the taste of the fruit.
Succinic acid is also used for this purpose, of which only 1 gram is needed for the same amount. After such feeding, cherries become even more delicious, sweet and plump.
If you are concerned that the ovaries may fall off, adding boron will be an excellent preventative measure – you will need 2 grams per bucket of water.
