Meeting a person who doesn’t like currants is a task in the realm of fantasy.
If you are also engaged in growing currant bushes, you will probably be interested in what kind of cheap fertilizer experienced gardeners use to collect a decent harvest every year.
There is no secret to this – it turns out that a drug such as potassium monophosphate shows decent results.
According to plant growing experts, it is very, very inexpensive, and one package will last you about three years.
So, to feed currants with potassium monophosphate, pour 2 tablespoons of fertilizer into a 10-liter bucket filled with water.
Please note: the liquid must be warm.
Now mix the contents of the container thoroughly and use the resulting solution to water the currant bushes - one plant will need 2 liters.
