Everbearing strawberries are distinguished by their not very large berries. But they have an advantage - fruits appear on them right up until the frosts.

There are some varieties that bear fruit in waves – in June, July, August and September.

But any type of strawberry requires care, which includes several mandatory points.

Spring

When the time has just begun, you will need to remove yellow leaves from the bushes. If the strawberry is to bear fruit for the first time, then some of the flower stalks should be removed to preserve the plant's resource.

It will also be necessary to apply nitrogen fertilization at the beginning of spring and at the end, using ammonium nitrate for this purpose.

Summer

After the first harvest, it is necessary to start fertilizing and loosening the soil. To make flowering more intense, you need to cut off some of the leaves.

The apical bud should not be touched. In August, you can harvest again.

Autumn

At this time, you should not forget about regular watering. In October, you need to carry out a moisture-charging one to nourish the roots of the plants before winter.

You will also need to add phosphorus and potassium preparations to increase the strawberry's resistance to frost. After that, you can cover the bushes.
