If you notice that small bushes with long thin shoots on which deformed leaves are formed have appeared on the plum tree growing in your garden, you cannot sit idly by.

This phenomenon is nothing more than a fungal disease, which is popularly called “witch’s broom”.

To cure a tree, first of all it is necessary to remove those very formations.

Now it's a small matter. In order to completely eradicate the infection, the tree should be treated with "Aktellik" or "Karbofos".

Other fungicides will do as well. The main thing is that they do not contain copper.

If you don't respect "chemistry", you can resort to folk methods. Thus, it is customary to use tobacco infusion to combat the "witch's broom".

To prepare it, you will need to pour 50 g of dust into a liter of water, stir until dissolved, and then boil for 5 minutes.

When the product has cooled, stir it again and dilute it in the same amount of water.

All that remains is to add a drop of dishwashing detergent and you can begin processing.
