Smart gardeners fertilize strawberries once in the spring, and then collect tasty and sweet berries throughout the season.
Strawberry Fertilizer Recipe
The recipe for making fertilizer is incredibly simple. Add half a teaspoon of boric acid and the same amount of potassium permanganate to a third of a bucket of warm water and mix.
Then dilute the solution with a bucket of water, add a few drops of iodine and mix until smooth.
Another ingredient that we add after iodine is ammonia, you will need 2 tablespoons. The strawberry fertilizer is ready.
Watering strawberries
We add 300-400 ml of ready-made fertilizer under each bush. Thanks to this fertilizer, even the most frail bushes will revive before our eyes and start growing.
Before fertilizing, we clear the bushes of old and diseased leaves; pruning can be done.
