Plants that don't like dolomite flour

The fertilizer is designed to deoxidize the soil and is mainly used on heavy soils to improve their health.

Dolomite flour is not suitable for plants that require acidifiers rather than deacidifiers.

Who is contraindicated to use dolomite flour?

The following plants can be distinguished:

• Blueberries, bilberries, lingonberries, cranberries, azaleas, heathers will grow in acidic soils, as will some conifers. Such plants do not require dolomite flour.

Method to determine soil acidity

For this purpose the following are used:

• test strips, special devices for measuring acidity, the soil can be taken to the laboratory.

In addition, you can take a closer look at what weeds grow on the site. Horsetail, woodlice, sedge, and plantain will appear on acidic soil.
