There could be several reasons.
Lack of light. The optimal daylight hours for this flower are 12 hours.
The pot is too deep and wide. The diameter should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the leaf rosette.
Mistakes when watering. It is best to water violets in a tray with warm water.
Lack of fertilizers. Therefore, it is necessary to add products containing potassium and phosphorus.
Violets don't like low temperatures either. Optimally, 20-25 degrees.
