Anyone who tries this simple and affordable method of growing pepper seedlings will not even think about anything else.
Any seedlings are accepted, even weak and thin ones, and the plants will not be damaged.
There is no need to replant the seedlings, and the survival rate is accelerated – all advantages.
It is necessary to prepare plastic bottles. It is better to take larger containers – 5 liters, small ones are not suitable.
The bottle needs to be cut lengthwise into two halves and there is no need to make holes for draining. In a transparent bottle it is easy to see how much water has poured into the halves.
Pour 2 cm of crushed eggshells and sand onto the bottom of the plastic halves, and 10 cm of soil for seedlings on top.
After this, we place 20 pepper seeds on each half of the bottle.
The next step: sprinkle the seeds with sifted compost and put a plastic bag on top, send them to a warm place, wait for the shoots to appear, then remove the film and place the container on the window.
Water the seedlings as needed, spray with Baikal solution once every 7 days.
When planting seedlings, we put a lump of earth in water to soften the soil. This way the roots are not damaged and the plants will take root faster.
