Not every gardener knows how to properly use one of the most valuable products for vegetable crops and flowers, for which you don’t have to pay a penny.

We are talking about snow, which can be used in abundance, although some consider it useless. However, in this article we will try to dispel a common misconception.

How to Use Snow for Plants

Experienced gardeners use melted snow to speed up the germination of vegetable and flower seeds.

Snow is collected in any container, and it is desirable to find clean snow, which is most beneficial for plants.

Afterwards, we put the container with snow on the fire or on the radiator to warm it up to 25-30 degrees. We pour melted snow over the seeds of flowers and vegetables and let it sit for 12-13 hours.
