How to get rid of slugs in the garden: effective and proven means
With these methods, you will remove slugs from your plot and save your harvest.
Place melon and grapefruit peels between the beds in the evening. In the morning you will notice slugs on them and neutralize them.
Sprinkle salt on the leaves of vegetables. Do this in the evening. The salt will dry out their body and they will die.
Pour compote, beer or milk into a plate. Place the plates on the beds, and in the morning the slugs will be trapped.
Plant lavender, sage, garlic, onions or rosemary between the plants. Slugs hate these plants and will avoid them.
Watering should be done in the morning.
Don't put weeds between the beds, slugs love to live there
You can put a board between the rows, moisten it, and put cabbage leaves on top. The next morning, slugs will be sitting on the board, and you will be able to kill them.
Release poultry into the beds to eat the slugs.
Dissolve 50 g of mustard powder in 300 ml of water. Let the product stand for 2 hours, then add another 700 ml of water. Spray the plants with this product in the evening.
