When spathiphyllum starts to shed buds, many people mistakenly think that the problem is in watering.
People call the plant "women's happiness". The flower is unpretentious, but sometimes it needs help.
If buds and leaves end up on the floor one after another, do not rush to water or feed the spathiphyllum.
First, you need to evaluate the pot the flower is growing in. Perhaps it is not suitable for "women's happiness".
If the flowerpot is too large, the spathiphyllum will first of all develop a root system.
This will continue until the free space is reduced. At the same time, the above-ground part will hardly develop during this period.
In such conditions, the spathiphyllum throws all its free resources into growing roots, and there is no more strength for greenery and buds, so the flower throws off ballast. If the pot is very large, you will have to wait several years for flowering.
Therefore, for "women's happiness" it is better to take compact flowerpots. The capacity should be 1-2 cm larger than the root system.
