The lily will be a wonderful decoration for the garden.
There are several recommendations on how to properly plant the bulbs of these flowers.
First, the bulbs need to be soaked in a strong solution of potassium permanganate for 30 minutes. This will disinfect the future plants.
Then you need to carefully approach the choice of the planting site. These flowers like to grow in a little shade. However, they do not like excessive moisture. When planting, you can add expanded clay to protect the plants from flooding.
The soil for planting should be loose, fertile and neutral. It is better to add sand to clay soil.
Before planting, prepare the beds, they need to be weeded, the soil loosened and old roots removed, otherwise the weed may become entangled with the lilies, which will negatively affect the plant.
The bulbs should be planted at a distance of 20-30 cm from each other. There should not be more than three rows in one area.
When planting, you should be careful with the bulbs so as not to break the sprouts. At the same time, straighten the roots lengthwise. Then the flowers are watered with clean water or with a stimulant.
During the summer period, plants need to be fed with complex fertilizers.
