Habits developed over the years allow you to achieve success in almost any endeavor.

1. Mark Zuckerberg rarely changes his style of clothing. He always dresses the same as the previous days. This allows him not to waste time and thoughts on choosing clothes in the morning. Steve Jobs did the same, it is not surprising that he always wore a black turtleneck and regular jeans.

2. Jack Dorsey meditates immediately after waking up. After a meditation session, the American businessman goes for a run. The distance is not so small, it is almost ten kilometers. Thanks to such a vigorous morning, the body is most active all day.

3. Elon Musk sleeps only 4-6 hours a day, because he works a lot. But he always wakes up at exactly seven in the morning, the first thing he does is check his email and answer important letters. Sometimes there is no time for breakfast, but before going to work he always takes a contrast shower.

4. Barack Obama does physical exercises at 06:45 in the morning. After completing his workouts, he has breakfast with his family and helps his children get ready for school. The former US President is sure that communicating with loved ones in the morning helps to set the tone for a productive day.

5. Oprah Winfrey starts her morning with meditating for 20 minutes. Then she runs on the treadmill for at least fifteen minutes. After that, it's time for breakfast, the diet is completely balanced and optimal, as it was created by a nutritionist. According to Oprah, this way of starting the morning allows you to set yourself up for the whole day in a positive way.

6. Haruki Murakami is one of the most famous writers in the world. To start his creative day, the writer wakes up at exactly four in the morning. Work lasts at least five hours, only after that the man swims, runs and listens to music. To get enough sleep, Haruki goes to bed exactly at nine in the evening. The writer admits that his brain is much more active early in the morning than in the afternoon or evening.

7. Anna Wintour is a fashion legend, and it is thanks to this woman that Vogue magazine exists. Anna wakes up at exactly 05:45 in the morning and plays tennis for an hour. Then she takes a shower, puts on makeup, and goes to work. The woman admits that she tries to go to bed early, otherwise she doesn’t get enough sleep.

8. Steve Jobs looked at himself in the mirror every morning and asked himself how he would plan his affairs if it were his last day of life. He asked himself this question for many years, which allowed him to solve only important matters, without being distracted by anything unnecessary.

9. Margaret Thatcher got up early in the morning, no later than five o'clock. And it didn't matter whether she had a business meeting the previous evening or was ill. It was at this time that her favorite program about agriculture and food was on the radio. Thanks to such a pleasant little thing, the Iron Lady set herself up for the whole day.

10. Winston Churchill was a very extraordinary person, so his mornings began in a peculiar way. He woke up only at half past seven in the morning, without getting out of bed, had breakfast and read the newspapers. Here he could work until 10-11 o'clock in the afternoon, only then he went out into the garden, where there was a bottle of whiskey and soda.

11. Benjamin Franklin planned his day down to the minute. Waking up at five in the morning, the man planned the whole day after breakfast. Work began at exactly eight. By the way, every time he planned this or that task, he asked whether it would be useful for anyone.

You can become more productive and successful only by strictly following your plans, getting enough sleep, and maintaining your health at a good level. Of course, you can’t forget about your loved ones, and you can’t strive to make the world a better place.
