Eat alone as little as possible. And try not to eat at the computer or on the go.

Nutritionists point out that for health and figure, the social factor of food is no less important than the selection of the right products or the method of cooking.

Experts point out that the process of eating food at a common table is a daily habit of many long-livers from different countries.

And remember: you should enjoy your food. The slower you eat, the fuller you will be.

Method number two

A third of your plate should be vegetables, preferably non-starchy.

Nutritionists recommend cabbage, sweet peppers, sorrel, celery, spinach, lettuce, greens, etc.

If you have soup for lunch, you can add a handful of frozen green peas or spinach. Or a few broccoli florets.

It is recommended to sprinkle the other dish with chopped green onions, parsley, and dill.

Method number three

Try to eat protein at every meal.

The World Health Organization says the optimal daily amount of protein for women is 45 grams, and for men – 60 grams.

Some experts believe these numbers can be raised by suggesting consuming at least 20 grams of protein at each meal.

By the way, protein is found not only in meat. It is also found in fish, eggs, beans and other legumes, cottage cheese, buckwheat, etc.
