Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. Develop a habit of going to bed no later than 10:00 PM.

Also, develop the habit of drinking a glass of water before a meal. This will protect you from overeating.

Cook your own food

Of course, it is convenient when another family member cooks the food.

However, try to "cook" yourself. This will make it easier for you to monitor the caloric content of your diet (if you do this) and avoid using the most harmful ingredients.

Eat food slowly

Chewing food thoroughly is a guarantee of its proper absorption.

In addition, not rushing during a meal will allow the feeling of satiety to come on time.

And one more thing: during breakfast, lunch or dinner, try not to get distracted. Don't watch TV, don't sit at the computer, put your smartphone away.

Go outside more often

No time for sports? There's definitely time for a walk!

Spend at least 30 minutes outdoors every day.

There is no need to walk fast. Slow walking will be enough to increase your chances of losing weight.
