How to Make a Fat-Burning Drink with Two Ingredients: It's Delicious and Healthy

Anyone who has ever been on a diet trying to get rid of those hated extra pounds knows how difficult this process is.

A fat-burning drink made from kefir and flax will help you on your way to a wasp waist (important: before using this or any other weight loss product, consult a doctor).

If you want to lose weight, replace your breakfast or dinner with this "cocktail". If you have chosen the morning, first drink a glass of warm water and only after half an hour - kefir with flax.

The course of treatment is 21 days.

First week

For the first seven days, you will need to consume a drink consisting of 3 teaspoons of flax seeds and 100 ml of kefir. Before mixing the two products, the flax seeds should be ground using a blender or coffee grinder.

Second week

From day 8 to day 14, you should follow the plan described above. The only difference is that the amount of flaxseed should be increased to 6 teaspoons per day.

Third week

From day 15 to day 21, follow the same rules for preparing and taking the drink. Use 9 teaspoons of flaxseed and 150 g of kefir as ingredients.
