Sometimes oranges, tangerines, apples, apricots and other fruits can harm the body.

This can happen if you eat fruits together with foods that they do not “get along with”.

Meat

Meat products are sources of protein. Digestion of such food takes quite a long time.

Fruits are a source of sugars. Garden fruits are digested much faster than meat.

Therefore, consuming these two types of food at the same time is very dangerous: it can disrupt the functioning of the digestive system.

Eggs

For a similar reason, fruits do not “get along” with chicken eggs.

Dairy products

"Molochka" goes well with many fruits, but not with citrus fruits.

You don’t need to eat cottage cheese and drink milk with oranges and tangerines: your stomach will clearly not “say thank you” for such a lunch.

Potato

This vegetable is a source of starch. And this compound does not interact well with substances contained in fruits.

Bread

Fruits should not be eaten with baked goods either. For the same reason as in the previous point.

It is worth emphasizing the following: fruits should be consumed as a separate snack, at least half an hour after breakfast, lunch or dinner.
