5 obsolete interior items: tasteless and impractical

1. Hinged wardrobe

Not just a wardrobe as such, but one decorated with ornate patterns. If the color scheme, God forbid, includes gilding or other elements of "luxury" from the 90s, then this is a death sentence. When changing furniture, opt for minimalism and conciseness.

2. Shower cabin

An analogue of a bathtub, only with doors, a roof, lighting, a radio and a telephone, as well as a bunch of useless attachments that are used occasionally - that's what a shower cabin is in the eyes of a modern layman. 3. Stools

The stool itself is simple and laconic. The only things that are alarming are the modernized models with leatherette seats and those cut from solid pieces of laminated chipboard.

4. Coffee table

If it's a classic model, then it's okay. Glass models are already out of fashion. In addition, they get dirty especially quickly.

5. Neon lighting

In fact, colored or multi-colored lighting makes a living space uncomfortable, although effective. This "luxury" is being replaced by chandeliers and floor lamps, table lamps and sconces.
