Take two chicken eggs and break them into a bowl. Add some salt.
Using a mixer, start beating the egg mass. After a minute, pour 100 grams of granulated sugar into the container and continue "processing" the base with a mixer.
After a couple more minutes, add 200 grams of coconut flakes.
Mix the contents of the container well and leave the base for 10 minutes.
Next, start forming cookies of any shape from the dough (for example, balls, cones or plates).
Place the resulting “structures” on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
The cookies should be baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
In total, the preparation of the dish will take 20 minutes. In this short time, the gourmet will receive a delicious treat for tea.
