Many people love omelette. But, alas, it often turns out that it falls. And there is a problem with burning.
However, there is a simple recipe that will help you achieve the desired results without any complications.
As the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef Yulia Arkhipova , reported, the whole thing will take a few minutes.
We will need (per 1 egg) one tablespoon of milk and half the same spoon of flour.
According to the expert, these ingredients will give the dish the necessary texture and volume.
It is better to use a small frying pan for cooking, since a large omelette may spread and not rise.
Before pouring in the dough, you need to heat the frying pan - then it will immediately begin to cook evenly.
Don't cover the dish with a lid right away. Let it fry a little - about 5-7 minutes.
The lid is needed to allow the omelette to rise and become fluffy, but if you use it too early, it can cause it to fall over.
Another cooking option is to use a multicooker.
In this case, pour 500 ml of water into it and turn on the “Steam cooking” mode.
While the water is boiling, beat 5 eggs with salt, add a glass of milk, continue beating until it all becomes a homogeneous mass.
Then we place one cellophane bag into another and carefully pour the egg mixture into it. Tie it in a knot.
After the multicooker signals that the steam is ready, place the bags with the omelette in it.
That's it. We wait for the procedure to finish and take out the perfectly cooked dish.
