We will need grapes (10 kilos), sugar (3 kilos), egg white or gelatin for clarification (4 grams).
The amount of grapes and sugar can be reduced or increased proportionally.
We sort the grapes, then use a masher or our hands to crush them thoroughly until we get a large amount of grape juice.
Then we cover the product with gauze. Leave it like this for five days.
After the specified time has passed, strain the juice through a sieve and pour it into a suitable container, such as a jar.
Next, add sugar, after which put a medical glove on the jar.
After 3 weeks the glove will fall off. Then we will drain our grape wine.
To make the drink look beautiful, let's clarify it.
The fastest way to achieve this goal is to beat the egg white and pour it into the wine.
After 7 hours, our white semi-sweet will become light, transparent, pleasing to the eye with its beauty.
You can also lighten it using gelatin.
To do this, dissolve 4 grams of gelatin in 50 ml of warm water, then pour it into the wine in a thin stream.
In a day it will become light and beautiful.
