You - because the preparation does not take much time, and the process itself is quite simple.
Your household and guests - because they will lick their fingers from the magical taste of the dish. And they will ask for more. And more.
In addition to chicken, this layered salad contains marinated mushrooms, boiled vegetables, cheese and nuts.
As the expert of the online publication Belnovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , explained, chicken fillet can be used either boiled or smoked.
We will need the mentioned fillet (boiled or smoked) – 250 grams.
We also take marinated champignons (250 grams), hard cheese (150 grams), 10 walnuts, 2-3 potatoes, two carrots.
You will also need 4 eggs, mayonnaise (300 grams) and salt and ground pepper to taste.
Boil and peel the potatoes, carrots, and eggs, and cut the chicken into small pieces.
Also crush the nuts (with a rolling pin). If there are large mushrooms among them, cut them.
We take out a large salad plate. The first layer is evenly grated half of all carrots.
Next, alternately grate half of the cheese, eggs and potatoes. To taste, salt or pepper the layers.
Then evenly distribute the chopped chicken meat and put a layer of mushrooms. Sprinkle with nuts.
Then we repeat the layers in reverse order: potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise, cheese and carrots.
Leave the resulting dish in the refrigerator overnight so that all layers are properly soaked in mayonnaise.
