Traditionally, pumpkin is considered the true "queen of autumn" as the harvest process begins.
However, this is not the only reason why dishes based on the product have become so popular and in demand.
Pumpkin is incredibly healthy and tasty, explains Yulia Arkhipova, an expert on cooking for the online publication BelNovosti.
- about two hundred grams of pumpkin;
- about a glass of regular flour;
- a piece of fresh ginger root (depending on your taste);
- one chicken egg;
- salt with spices;
- oil for frying.
This dish will be a great replacement for potato pancakes or traditional zucchini pancakes. Therefore, it is worth trying to prepare a dish that can become a real "hit" of autumn.
Grind the pumpkin and ginger with a grater and mix. Add spices, salt and egg, mix again. Then add flour in portions, achieving a homogeneous mass.
All that remains is to fry these spectacular pumpkin pancakes in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil for three minutes on each side.
