You can discover an interesting dish for yourself if you mix the dough with yeast. The recipe is quite simple.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to cook pancakes from potatoes.
1. First, you need to dissolve the yeast in warm water, then sift the flour, mix and cover the bowl with film.
2. While the yeast is rising, you need to peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater.
3. When the dough has risen, add the potatoes, salt, pepper and mix the dough, then cover it with film again and leave it to stand for 1-1.5 hours.
4. Then add the eggs, mix and bake the pancakes in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream, enjoy!
