Yes, don't be surprised! It turns out that the famous Italian dish can be prepared not only from pasta presented in the form of plates.

The recipe for pancake lasagna was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.

How to Make Pancake Lasagna

First, prepare the Bolognese meat sauce: fry 400 grams of minced meat and chopped onion in a frying pan.

Next, add one grated carrot, two tablespoons of tomato paste, salt, and your favorite spices.

After some time, pour in one glass of water, reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce until the meat component becomes juicy.

Then start preparing the béchamel sauce.

Melt butter (2 tablespoons) in a saucepan. Then slowly pour in flour (3 tablespoons). Be sure to stir the mixture as it appears, otherwise lumps will form.

Next, slowly pour in 3 cups of milk. Salt the mixture. Heat the mixture and stir until you get a thick sauce.

After that, all that's left is to "assemble" the lasagna. Take a baking dish, grease it with oil, put one pancake, a layer of bolognese, a layer of white sauce and repeat until the whole "structure" appears.

An important point: the top layer must be béchamel.

Place the form in the oven. Temperature - 180 degrees. Baking time - 40 minutes.
