The expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova told how to prepare an unusual dessert.
First, prepare the dry mixture. Grind 150 grams of cookies and 50 grams of peanuts in a deep container.
Add 75 grams of cocoa and 120 grams of granulated sugar to the resulting mass. Mix the contents of the container thoroughly.
Next, the mixture will need to be filled with the chocolate-butter mixture.
The latter is very easy to prepare: melt chocolate and butter (100 grams each) in a saucepan.
You can use any chocolate: the decision should depend on the tastes of your household. Dark, milk, and white chocolate will do.
Pour the hot chocolate mass over the previously prepared dry mixture, mix everything well and transfer to parchment paper.
Wrap the mass in the material to form a sausage. Put the resulting "construction" in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
As a result, you will get a delicious sweet sausage.
