1. Mix the eggs with condensed milk in a bowl using a mixer and add salt and vanillin.
2. Mix flour with baking powder and sift it into the finished mass.
3. Knead the soft dough – it should be moderately sticky.
4. Divide it into two parts and roll each one out with a rolling pin, then use a glass or cookie cutter to cut out the future donuts from the dough.
5. When the dough is finished, we begin frying the syrniki in a frying pan with vegetable oil like pancakes or syrniki.
You can sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
