1. You can make tomato juice yourself or use store-bought. Add spices and cook for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the tomatoes, peel the garlic and place them in sterile jars.
3. At the end of cooking, add vinegar to the tomato juice and pour the hot marinade over the tomatoes in the jars.
4. Place them in a pot of water and sterilize for 30 minutes, then roll them up and once the preparations have cooled down, put them away for storage.
