Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to bake a pie without kefir and yeast.
1. Peel and core the apples, cut into thin slices and fry in butter with sugar until golden brown.
2. Grate the orange zest on a fine grater, peel the thin film off the slices, and cut into small pieces.
3. Mix oranges, apples and cinnamon in a bowl and start making the dough.
4. Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla and butter, add flour mixed with baking powder and orange zest.
5. Knead the dough and put the third part in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, wrapped in a bag.
6. Grease the baking pan with butter and place most of the dough in it, forming the sides.
7. Place the filling, grate the frozen dough on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top of the pie.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
