Before the New Year, many people buy tangerines.
And no wonder: sweet citrus fruits create a festive mood.
What to do if you bought too many of these fruits?
The expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova suggests using extra tangerines as an ingredient for a salad.
The dish will be light, vitamin-rich and very appetizing: an ideal replacement for the boring Olivier salad.
First, bake the nut-honey mixture in the oven (for 230 grams of walnuts - a couple of tablespoons of the viscous sweet additive).
The mixture should be cooked for 12 minutes at 190 degrees.
While the mixture is baking, prepare the dressing.
It consists of the following components: orange juice (60 milliliters), olive oil (50 milliliters), apple cider vinegar (2 teaspoons), nut butter (40 grams), honey (1 teaspoon), green onions (2 chopped feathers). Do not forget to salt and pepper the prepared sauce.
Next, take a bowl and add the chopped nut-honey mixture, crumbled Adyghe cheese (150 grams), sliced avocados (2 pieces), sliced tangerines (6 pieces) and 400 grams of salad mixture.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season the resulting mixture with the previously prepared sauce.
As a result, you will get a gorgeous salad: delicious, refreshing and very healthy.
