Instead of preparing Korean-style carrots for the holiday table, which no one will be surprised by anymore, try this unusual salad.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to prepare a salad with chicken breast and carrots.
1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
2. Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, then grate the whites on a coarse grater, and crumble the yolk with a fork.
3. Press the garlic and mix with the carrots, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
4. Using a culinary ring, lay out the first layer of chicken, then carrots with garlic, then protein and grated cheese.
We cover each layer with a mayonnaise net, and finally remove the ring, coat it with mayonnaise on all sides and cover the salad with egg yolk crumbs.
