However, few people know that you can make a tasty and healthy sauce yourself.
The expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" on culinary issues, chef Yulia Arkhipova, shared one unusual recipe.
- apples (about three hundred grams);
- a glass of high-quality unrefined oil;
- a large spoon of mustard;
- half a large spoon of lemon juice;
- turmeric, salt and pepper to your liking.
It is recommended to wash the apples, dry them and put them in the oven for half an hour. The temperature should be 180 degrees.
Then we peel the apples and puree them using a blender.
Add mustard, lemon juice, salt and selected spices to the apple mixture and mix. Add oil and mix. Start the blender and wait until it reaches a homogeneous state.
If you store mayonnaise properly, it will not spoil for a whole week.
