It turns out that there are sandwiches that are just as tasty as the popular Italian dish and even surpass it.
The snack is prepared simply and quickly. And you don't need to bake anything: the dish is heated in a microwave for a few minutes.

How to Make Delicious Hot Sandwiches
First, we need to start making two sauces.
The first mass consists of the following ingredients:
- 2 raw eggs;
- mayonnaise (1 tbsp);
- grated cheese (100 grams);
- some greenery;
- a little ground pepper.
You need to combine all these ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix the contents of the container.
To prepare the second sauce you will need:
- ketchup (3 tbsp);
- a little oregano;
- a little dried ground garlic.
Next, take a slice of bread or a loaf, spread the second sauce on it and put a couple of circles of smoked sausage or one piece of cooked sausage. The top layer should be a small amount of the previously prepared egg-cheese-mayonnaise mixture.
There should be enough sauces for quite a large number of sandwiches.
The plate with the blanks should be sent to the microwave oven for 5 minutes. The device should operate at maximum power.
