Not everyone knows how to cook potato pancakes with meat filling, so it’s worth learning this skill.
However, stuffed potato pancakes can be a great option for dinner or lunch.
The expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" on culinary issues, chef Yulia Arkhipova, shared a proven recipe for potato pancakes with meat filling.
- a kilogram of potatoes;
- a little meat (200 grams will be enough);
- a couple of onions;
- two eggs;
- a spoonful of sour cream;
- salt and pepper;
- two spoons of flour.
First, start by grating the potatoes on a fine grater. After about ten minutes, you will need to return the potato mass to the mixing container. Add the onion, which should also be chopped finely.
Add sour cream, stir. Add eggs, salt and pepper.
Add a little onion to the minced meat and add spices if necessary.
Place a layer of potatoes on a heated frying pan, add the minced meat, and fry for two minutes. Then "cover" the filling with another layer of potatoes and wait a couple of minutes. Turn over and fry until fully cooked.
