Many people want to show off their ability to make lacy pancakes to their family members.
However, this task is not as simple as it may first seem.
Pancakes with a dense texture are much easier to prepare, notes Yulia Arkhipova, an expert on culinary issues at the BelNovosti online publication.
- half a glass of flour;
- half a glass of water;
- three large spoons of sugar;
- two large spoons of starch;
- about 150 grams of sour cream;
- three eggs;
- a small spoon of soda and vinegar;
- 2 tablespoons of oil;
- a little salt.
First, combine sour cream with eggs and salt in a container until smooth. Then sift the flour and add starch.
You can use either corn or potato.
We combine both blanks, mix. We add water and work with a whisk. It is worth noting right away that the water must first undergo the boiling procedure, but we add it to the blank in a cold form.
Then we combine vinegar and soda, add to the dough. Add oil.
Stir the mixture again and begin frying.
