At the same time, there are two more culinary tricks that will help make pea soup even more appetizing, filling and aromatic. Most likely, you did not know about them, so the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, advises you to take them "on note".
First of all, you should pour vegetable oil (odorless) into the pan.
After that, throw in the pork ribs, carrots cut into circles, and onions cut into quarters.
Next in line are the peas, pre-soaked for 10-12 hours. When everything is in place, fry the ingredients for 3-5 minutes. This is the secret to the rich aroma of the soup.
After the specified time, water is added to the pan and the soup is cooked as usual.
When the soup is almost ready, add a little sugar and a piece of butter to it.
Sugar enriches the taste of the dish, making it more intense, and butter makes the soup more tender, tastier and gives it a creamy hue.
