Many people like to cook dumplings the traditional way, but frying makes the semi-finished product much more interesting.
However, the correctness of the chosen cooking method will play a decisive role.
Yulia Arkhipova, a culinary expert for the BelNovosti online publication, talks about the best way to fry dumplings.
First of all, take a frying pan, turn on the fire to medium power. Then pour in the oil for frying. For every 100 grams of the main product, take a large spoon of vegetable fat.
After the oil has warmed up, place the frozen dumplings in.
We start frying the dumplings for about four minutes. Don't forget to turn the semi-finished product over to create a nice crust.
After this, you can pour in about half a glass of broth. It can be chicken, vegetable or meat. If you don’t have any, add regular water.
Cook under the lid for five minutes.
Then add salt, chopped greens, a piece of butter and spices, mix. You can also add one clove of chopped garlic.
In two minutes the dish is ready to serve.
