1. Shred the cabbage in the usual way, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, peel the pepper and cut into strips.
2. Mix the vegetables, crushing them slightly to release the juice.
3. Prepare the marinade: bring the water to a boil, add salt, sugar and spices. Add vinegar at the very end.
4. Pour the hot marinade over the vegetables and place the preparation under pressure, leaving it at room temperature for 24 hours.
