As it turned out, regular sour cream is a great substitute. It is better to take a fermented milk product with medium fat content.

You will need to immediately put the fermented milk product, eggs and salt into the container. The proportions are simple: for one egg take one large spoon of sour cream. You don't need to take a lot of salt: a small amount is enough.
