If you use your imagination, ordinary couscous can become your "calling card".
The expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" in the field of cooking, chef Yulia Arkhipova, advises to prepare couscous in Greek style.
- a glass of couscous and two glasses of water;
- a spoon of lemon juice:
- salt and spices of your choice;
- 10 cherry tomatoes;
- half a sweet pepper;
- 100 grams of olives;
- a bunch of oregano;
- a spoon of unrefined olive oil.
It is very easy to prepare the side dish. Pour couscous into a container and add the specified amount of boiling water, add salt, spices and lemon salt, and stir.
Add chopped pepper and cherry tomatoes with olives.
Add olive oil, stir again and wait 15 minutes. When serving, add chopped oregano. You can also add feta if you wish to make the dish even tastier.
